Vegan Chocolate Avocado Mousse
Looking for a refreshing and satisfying dessert or snack? Give this a try.
1 medium-large avocado
1 frozen banana
1/4 c cacao powder
2 Tbsp protein powder (I used @kos chocolate plant protein)
heaping 1/4 c almond milk (or other alt milk)
Splash of vanilla
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Top with choc chips, chopped nuts, sprinkle of sea salt, or whatever your heart desires.
