Quick Korean-Inspired Slaw

The secret is truly in the sauce! Turn your everyday grocery staples into a delicious and nutritious side simply by dressing it up. This recipe is packed with fiber for digestion, vitamin C for immunity, and phytonutrients that nourish your cells.

Makes 12 cookies
Ingredients
Slaw
3 c green cabbage, thinly sliced
2 large carrots, shredded
1 c apple (pink lady or Granny Smith), shredded
1 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
Sprinkle of salt
Dressing
1 clove garlic, grated
1 in fresh ginger, grated
1.5 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 Tsp maple syrup
3 tsp gochujang (or less if desired less spicy)
Directions
Combine slaw ingredients and toss until well combined.
Mix dressing ingredients.
Add dressing to slaw and enjoy! Keeps well for a couple days in the fridge.
